Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Specialist Mech/Plumbing.

Key Responsibilities

• Model various MEP trades, ensuring high quality and adherence to client requirements
• Conduct initial information reviews and detect potential conflicts during modeling and coordination phases
• Manage self-directed modeling tasks while continuously studying relevant trade knowledge

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
• Solid experience modeling HVAC and plumbing systems in Revit
• Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering, or extensive MEP modeling experience for architects
• Familiarity with BIM add-ins and knowledge of Level Of Detail (LOD) 400
