Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing/Collections Specialist to manage customer billing inquiries and support invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with billing inquiries
• Generate, edit, and send out customer invoices as needed
• Process electronic billing invoices and resolve errors for successful invoice uploading

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of high-volume call center experience preferred
• Demonstrable knowledge of the company's products and services
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
• Positive attitude and strong desire to contribute as a team member
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
