Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits claims to third-party insurance carriers and follows up on unpaid claims
• Processes claim rejections and ensures timely submission of claims with minimal errors
• Maintains quality customer service and confidentiality while adhering to company policies

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of recent billing experience in Critical Access or Acute Care facilities or physician billing
• Medicare billing experience is required
• Proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding and familiarity with medical terminology
• Experience in filing claim appeals with insurance companies
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage confidential information responsibly
