Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing and Posting Resolution Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee claims production, billing, follow-up, collections, and compliance with third-party payer regulations
  • Provide operational oversight and mentorship to the Billing Coordinator while ensuring accurate and timely billing
  • Monitor revenue cycle indicators, manage denials, and implement corrective action plans as necessary


Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • 3 years of previous hospital billing experience
  • Working knowledge of insurance regulations, procedure and diagnosis coding, and automated insurance billing
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years of Medicare hospital billing experience preferred
