Bilingual Thai Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Bilingual Thai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from customers or restaurants and make outbound calls for follow-ups
  • Manage incoming tickets generated from email or text via CRM and return calls for voicemails
  • Facilitate and document correspondence between restaurants and customers while performing minor troubleshooting


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; preferred associates degree or higher
  • Fluent in English and Thai
  • Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Self-directed and self-motivated
