Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Inbound Sales & Chat Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport and create a great customer experience by actively listening to customer inquiries
• Present products and services based on customer needs and handle objections effectively
• Review customer accounts to ensure they are receiving the best value

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• At least 6 months of sales experience in a customer service environment
• Previous call center experience
• Ability to work in a quiet environment free from distractions
• Experience with computers and ability to use multiple platforms simultaneously
