Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients and customers to discuss healthcare needs and benefits
• Build rapport and effectively explain the healthcare program to encourage member engagement
• Resolve customer concerns and manage resistance while promoting healthcare benefits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
