A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Bilingual: French / English).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications, including onboarding and retention
• Provide user support and resolve product-related issues via various communication channels
• Conduct compliance verification and manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in English and French (reading, writing, speaking)
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a support center
• End-user application certification
• Basic understanding of Health and Safety and contractor management
