Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative (Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with issues and concerns related to products and services
• Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary and upsell services to current customers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Strong computer navigational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
