Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Credit Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls or chats from customers regarding service orders and account issues
• Negotiate and process payment arrangements while documenting all account activities accurately
• Educate customers on account status, payment options, and identity document requirements

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred
• Ability to operate multiple windows and tabs while providing customer service
• Internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload
