Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate-Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center
• Initiates auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information
• Provides customers with an explanation of the claim process and status updates

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Insurance Adjusters License may be required in applicable states
