Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to basic to moderately complex member telephone calls regarding eligibility and benefits
• Documents calls and updates customer relationship management (CRM) history with inquiry results
• Conducts outbound calls to members based on customer direction or business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service or telephone experience preferred
• Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
• Familiarity with computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
