A company is looking for a Benefit Marketing Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current and proposed insurance contracts to determine competitiveness and viability of benefit packages
• Develop RFP and marketing presentations based on carrier insurance proposals
• Maintain accurate records in client-management software and provide support for Senior Analysts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of three years of experience in group health/life insurance or as a broker
• Proficient in Excel and possess strong technical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Intuitive, growth-minded, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Demonstrated industry fluency in insurance
