Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Tech Lead (Golang, Cloud, Distributed Systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team
• Work closely with the Product Owner to plan and execute the roadmap
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure code quality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend experience with Golang
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Familiarity with database clustering and high availability
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, or similar technologies is a plus
