Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer to join a small, autonomous team building the backend for an API-first lending platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of a cloud-native loan management SaaS platform
• Build a robust infrastructure to support new services and products
• Design and implement scalable, secure APIs and microservices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent technical experience
• 3+ years of backend agile software development experience (including SaaS)
• Proven experience designing and building APIs and microservices
• Ability to write clean, reliable, maintainable, and automatically testable code
• Startup experience or history of working in small, cross-functional teams; FinTech experience is a strong plus
