AWS Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Solutions Architect (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify needs for migrating to the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform
• Facilitate business process reviews and lead customer discovery to build ROIs for projects
• Oversee technical teams and manage project communications to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT development or implementation/consulting
• 5+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development or cloud computing
• 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting
• 3+ years of experience as a solutions architect on Amazon Connect solutions
• At least one AWS certification
