Automotive Technician Call Center Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Technician Call Center Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and tickets for the Dealer Network, providing automotive technical diagnostic direction
• Resolve automotive issues through a defined six-step diagnostic process and follow up on existing tickets until resolution
• Communicate product issues to relevant teams and provide technical support as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate; automotive technician or engineering bachelor's degree preferred
• Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE)
• At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
• 1-3 years of experience with electrification, BEV, PHEV, or Hybrid vehicles preferred
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools and basic PC software skills
