Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support corporate real estate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small to mid-scale corporate real estate projects, including office buildouts and technology upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology systems
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports using project management tools

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in corporate real estate or IT
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Understanding of IT systems relevant to real estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• PMP, CSM, or ITIL certifications preferred; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required
