Associate Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing data architecture and analytics team to deliver self-serve reporting capabilities
• Develop and govern a scalable data architecture within Snowflake, ensuring quality and usability of Data Products
• Transform raw data into structured tables and views for reporting and support the adoption of data visualization tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Master's degree in Data Analytics or related fields is preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, management, or analytics leadership roles
• Hands-on experience and expertise in DBT and proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms
