Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Institutions during the transition from Commercial to Operations
• Implement Client Onboarding Framework to meet client expectations and achieve goals
• Conduct periodic check-ins to monitor client satisfaction and outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years of experience in an IRB or clinical research setting
• Bachelor's degree in basic life sciences or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in client program development or project management (preferred)
• Comprehensive operational knowledge of client services and regulatory compliance
• Advanced knowledge of IRB processes and federal regulations (preferred)
