A company is looking for an Associate Creative Director to lead creative initiatives for their Creator marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction for brand marketing across various Creator-facing platforms
• Manage external agencies and provide design direction to contractors and agency resources
• Oversee large-scale strategic initiatives, including visual updates and go-to-market launches

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in go-to-market initiatives and program launches
• BA in design, with a graphic design background preferred
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Extensive experience in creative direction and rebranding work
• Insight and experience in the influencer space
