Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer in Asset Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the accuracy of the configuration management database (CMDB) within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions, documenting adherence to CMDB standards
• Identify business process improvement opportunities and optimize workflows with technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM methodologies
• Ability to meet deadlines
