Arizona Licensed Psychologist Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychologist Peer Reviewer (Arizona license required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical reviews and make insurance benefit coverage determinations for various outpatient services
• Participate in consultations, staff meetings, and trainings, while composing clinical determinations in compliance with regulations
• Handle requests for service authorization and appeals of previously denied services

Required Qualifications:

• Independently licensed doctoral level Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Arizona
• 3+ years of post-licensure experience
• Experience dealing with insurance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, Access Database)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a clinical team
