Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients
• Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess the efficacy of interventions and ongoing care
• Provide various modalities of talk therapy, as clients prefer combined medication and therapy appointments

Required Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Active Arizona Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
• Active Arizona DEA certification
• ANCC Board Certification
• 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health
