Job Summary

A company is looking for an Architecture Coordinator to support architectural processes during pre-construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants and assist with the permitting process related to local zoning and building codes
• Maintain adherence to architectural standards and construction specifications throughout the design phases
• Review drawings for quality and consistency, providing feedback and ensuring accurate revisions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in residential architecture
• Understanding of building systems integration, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components
• Strong drafting and redlining skills with experience in AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of building regulations and local jurisdiction variations affecting design and construction
• Ability to adapt plans to meet local conditions and project specifications
