Arbitration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Arbitration Analyst - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide liability analysis, evidence preparation, and argument presentation for arbitrations
• Analyze data quality, identify risks, and support business process improvements
• Manage arbitration correspondence and coordinate claims and filings with other departments

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of applicable experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Access preferred
• Demonstrated ability in a metrics-driven role
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws
• Ability to meet individual goals and collaborate with peers
