Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appointment Coordinator (Central Time).

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective patients via text, email, or phone to arrange consultations
  • Establish and meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or sales goals
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Experience handling a large volume of outbound calls and chats (100+/day)
  • Experience using a CRM tool
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Full-time availability including weekends and the ability to work 3-11pm Eastern
