Applications Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Systems Specialist to support and troubleshoot their Oracle Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle and ancillary systems as part of the technical support team
• Identify and resolve technical problems related to integrations between Oracle and other systems
• Document issues, track progress, and escalate complex problems to higher levels of support

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Integration Cloud
• Ability to understand and analyze raw data
• Willingness to learn new skills and systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
