Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Application Support Analyst (BID).

Key Responsibilities

• Design application systems to support the Department of Veterans Affairs
• Evaluate and modernize the Veterans Benefits Management System
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years of experience
• Must be authorized to work in the US and have lived in the US for the last 3 consecutive years
• Ability to obtain a lower to moderate level Clearance
• 1+ years of experience with SQL and relational database systems
• Experience with Grafana and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
