Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support and expertise in EHS software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical assistance to customers and troubleshoot issues
  • Become a power user of EHS web applications and assist with customer onboarding
  • Analyze and resolve client-reported bugs by collaborating with product and development teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Technical aptitude to navigate and troubleshoot web-based applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in creating user guides and knowledge base content
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
