Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a secure, user-friendly Streamlit web application for updating and accessing talent planning data
• Implement role-based data access and secure authentication flows in alignment with HR security standards
• Leverage Snowflake for efficient, secure HR data handling, adhering to performance and governance best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Streamlit application development
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, particularly in data manipulation
• Extensive knowledge of Snowflake data architecture and security
