A company is looking for an Application Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Application Consultants to support customer objectives related to user support and solution optimization
• Triage and escalate customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions and contribute to team discussions to support project goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Anthology Student SIS product
• Experience with at least two core higher education modules (Financial Aid, Student Accounts, or Academics)
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree
