Required Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring a team of analysts
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Databricks, SQL, Tableau, R, or Python
• Demonstrated experience in embedding analytics into workflows and driving adoption
• Exposure to Generative AI or AI-powered analytics applications is preferred
