Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Manager, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance core data models for reporting and analytics on a platform for buying, vaulting, and selling collectibles
• Conduct analyses to optimize customer experience flows and inform business strategy, providing recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with data platform, engineering, and product teams to define key metrics and build automated reports and dashboards for business performance insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a product, data, or analytics role, preferably in consumer technology
• Expertise in SQL for pulling large datasets and experience in building data pipelines with dbt is a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Sisense, Mode, or Looker
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for using data to drive business impact
• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree in a quantitative field is preferred
