Job Summary

A company is looking for an Amazon Connect Developer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Amazon Connect and integrate with various systems
• Collaborate on customer journey solutions and ensure designs align with CX best practices
• Create test plans and support user acceptance testing and deployment planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong development experience with AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and/or Node.js for AWS Lambda development
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect solutions in enterprise environments
• AWS certifications related to development or Amazon Connect are a plus
