Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Facilitator.

Key Responsibilities

• Processes first party automobile and low severity property claims, verifying coverage and settling claims
• Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim and handles inquiries from various stakeholders
• Enters loss information into the claims system and prepares necessary correspondence and materials

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED with one year of related experience; or equivalent educational experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Pursuit of general insurance education preferred
• Must obtain appropriate licenses as required by state within specified timeframes
