AI Solutions Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Solutions Designer to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered user experiences that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements discovery sessions with clients to document goals, personas, use cases, and success criteria
• Architect intuitive IVA and GenAI workflows focusing on automation and seamless handoffs
• Create, test, and refine GenAI prompts to support accurate and contextual user interactions

Required Qualifications:

• 3-7+ years of experience in AI-powered customer experience, IVA design, or digital transformation roles
• Proven track record in client-facing discovery and translating requirements into scalable AI workflows
• Hands-on experience designing prompts and interactions for GenAI tools
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
