Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Growth Hacker to drive growth and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and team leads to identify growth and automation opportunities
• Shape solutions through design thinking and problem framing
• Use AI tools to prototype and deploy solutions, owning the execution cycle from concept to implementation

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in a fast-moving startup environment, preferably in growth, operations, or technical marketing
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as Replit, Lovable, and ChatGPT
• Basic knowledge of Python and/or R to adapt and run existing scripts
• Ability to collaborate with leadership while also executing tasks independently
• Strong technical aptitude and resourcefulness in problem-solving
