Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Deployment Manager to oversee the successful deployment of AI products within client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of AI software solutions across global client operations, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery
• Own project planning and tracking using Smartsheet, including dashboards and stakeholder updates
• Act as the bridge between internal product teams and client-side IT/security stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or customer success roles, preferably in a startup or tech environment
• Proven track record managing software deployments into enterprise environments, ideally in AI or SaaS
• Expert-level proficiency with Smartsheet for building dashboards and project plans
• Familiarity with IT and security processes during software deployments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and remote-first environment
