Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agribusiness Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a profitable renewal book of Commercial Lines business
• Analyze new and renewal accounts, assessing risk and recommending acceptance or declination
• Develop relationships with agencies and producers, understanding their needs and negotiating positive outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial underwriting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or equivalent certification
• Property And Casualty Insurance License (PCIL) or equivalent certification
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or equivalent certification
