Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Technician for Xfinity Home Advanced Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced data analysis to resolve service orders and trouble tickets
  • Isolate and resolve complex problems using subject matter expertise
  • Provide operational support and training to field technicians and other employees
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Trouble Tickets via Remedy and IOP
  • First Call Resolution (FCR) experience in an inbound call center
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Sales, Billing, and Technical Support
