Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Program Coordinator III- IT Procure to Pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison and resource for administrative, technical, or operational needs
• Researches and organizes information for presentations and assists with large projects
• Facilitates meetings, records outcomes, and communicates project status and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum of four years of financial, business analysis, or project management experience
• High School diploma/GED with eight years of experience, or Associate's degree with six years of experience, or Master's degree with three years of experience are acceptable offsets
• Experience in managing procure-to-pay processes with at least three years of hands-on experience
• Strong proficiency in Oracle, Ivalua, or similar procurement systems
