Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to support campaign setup, management, and client services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client ad trafficking, contract fulfillment, and quality control across multiple websites
• Track, analyze, and report on advertising campaign performance, proposing optimization strategies
• Serve as the main contact for technical issues related to ad functions and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Availability to work EST or PST hours
• 1-3 years of experience in Ad Operations or a related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Familiarity with ad serving systems and technology
• Basic knowledge of media campaign KPIs, such as CTR and Viewability
