A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions and invoices using the billing platform
• Follow up on past due invoices and resolve disputes
• Maintain accurate records and support the month-end close process

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with customer collections
• Minimum 1 year of experience with a Revenue Recognition billing platform
• Experience with SalesForce CRM
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
• Ability to work independently and remotely
