Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume payables processing accurately and efficiently
• Prepare invoices and vouchers, match them to batches, and code into the AP system
• Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end reporting and accruals

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience
• 3+ years of experience with Excel
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity in healthcare finance
