Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of financial statements by gathering and analyzing financial data
• Conduct detailed reviews and reconciliations of financial records to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist in the optimization of in-house accounting software and support month-end and year-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or related roles
• Solid accounting foundation with experience in month-end close and compliance
• Strong digital proficiency, particularly with advanced AI tools and analytics platforms
• Proven adaptability in ambiguous and evolving environments
• Formal accounting training or experience in crypto accounting is a plus
