A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee property accounting and collaborate with management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information, reconcile bank accounts, and assist with budgeting
• Drive month-end and year-end close processes, including financial reporting and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain accounting controls and policies to enhance departmental workflow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
• CPA license is preferred, but not required
• Three to five years of experience in an accounting role is required
• Three to five years of property management experience is required
• Direct management experience is required
