Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant for a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional finance teams to obtain and review lease contracts and supporting documents
• Enter and update real estate and equipment leases in the lease accounting software and prepare monthly reconciliation reports
• Assist in the preparation of lease disclosure reports and resolve accounting issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a business-related field
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and lease accounting standards
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly with macros
• Familiarity with OneStream, Oracle, and CoStar is a plus
