Account Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Services Associate I to provide product, pricing, and sales support for Sales, Dealerships, Brand Manufacturers, and Customers in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve requests from sales agents and dealers via email or phone
• Follow up with agents/dealers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their requests
• File correspondence and documents according to the established filing system

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required); Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently and meet deadlines
