Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to provide excellent customer experience and manage relationships within the broker community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and correspondents to ensure smooth loan application processes
• Generate mortgage loan business by managing current accounts and developing new business opportunities
• Provide customer service support to sales account executives and manage branch pipeline reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in mortgage operations
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school diploma required
• Technologically proficient in MS Windows software
